Sammon Developments Ltd was established in 1998 and from our offices in Co. Leitrim, we undertake projects throughout Ireland. We continue to invest in modern business practices and management techniques in order to ensure that we remain at the cutting edge of our industry.

Our management team have extensive and diverse experience in civil, commercial, industrial and residential construction and fit-out projects. Acres Lake is home to a purpose-built water sports facility and community centre situated on the lakeshore. The building is designed to support a wide range of recreational and community activities associated with the lake, providing a practical and accessible base for users throughout the year.
Internally, the facility includes changing rooms, showers and toilets to support swimmers, paddlers and other water users before and after lake activities. Equipment storage areas allow water sports gear to be safely housed on site, reducing the need for off-site transport and enabling efficient day-to-day operation.
Overall, the facility functions as a central hub for water-based recreation at Acres Lake, improving accessibility, safety and the overall visitor experience while supporting local community use.
