The project involved a substantial extension and redevelopment of the existing facility, delivering upgraded retail and food spaces, drive-thru facilities, EV charging infrastructure , covered walkways, car wash and valeting facilities, alongside major site and traffic improvements.
One of the key challenges throughout the project was completing the works in multiple phases while keeping the premises fully operational at all times . The coordination of multiple commercial brands, services and infrastructure required a carefully considered and cohesive design approach.
